By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Apex International Transportation, Inc. This includes SMS messages for booking confirmations, reservation reminders, ride updates, account notifications, and customer service communications.

Opt-In Method

Customers will opt in for SMS messaging from Apex International Transportation through www.apexlimola.com or by providing their mobile number at the time of booking or account registration.

This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

Opt-Out

Customers will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Apex International Transportation at any time by replying STOP to any received SMS message. Once opted out, they will receive no further SMS communication from us.

Customers can opt back in at any time by replying START or by updating their preferences at www.apexlimola.com.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. The number of SMS messages you receive will depend on your reservation activity, account settings, and any active service communications. You will typically receive messages in connection with active bookings or account events.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on applicable charges.

What Information Do We Collect?

Depending upon how you interact with our websites, applications, or services, how you communicate with us, or our interactions with third parties, we may collect the following categories of information:

SMS opt-in and phone numbers for the purpose of SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Tracking / Do Not Track

Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites. Our websites do not currently change the way they operate based upon detection of a “Do Not Track” or similar signal.

Social Media Integration

Our websites and applications may contain links to and from social media platforms. You may choose to connect with us through a social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. When you do, we may collect additional information from or about you through the social media platform. Please be advised that social media platforms also collect information about you. We do not control the collection, use, and sharing practices of social media platforms and encourage you to review their policies before use.

  • Right to Control Advertising and Online Tracking. You have the right to control how your information is tracked online as described in the Cookies section above.
  • Right of Non-Discrimination. Apex International Transportation will not discriminate against you in any way if you choose to exercise your rights under this section.

Children
